As a manager, I don’t write actively on a daily basis but I have been known to jump in and help with design work and content if we are approaching a deadline and my team has a large backlog. The following items are documents that I had a direct hand in designing or writing recently.
The cPanel & WHM Installation Guide
With the addition of supported Operating Systems, our installation guide needed a makeover and the system requirements had to be expanded. While we needed to make changes for AlmaLinux and Ubuntu, we also needed to have the ability to expand in the future for other requirement additions. We reworked the Installation Template to meet these needs.
cPanel Common Questions
Our support team gets a lot of the same basic questions… We worked together to come up with the 20 most common questions and answers to help deflect some of these questions going directly to a ticket. This document often shows up in their deflection process when a user is creating a ticket, allowing for self-service.
